Sophia Bush is beautiful! Quick question...do most ladies wear small shorts underneath a belted shirt dress? It seems dangerously short!
i dont think you wear shorts underneath (takes away the hotness of the outfit, dont you think?). BUT i would chose hotpants instead of regular underwear - so you dont feel too naked.
